Ten-pin Bowling

The first Ten-pin Bowling team was formed in 2013. With only nine members in the team, it set a target of achieving top 10 at the National level. Two years later in 2015, the YTSS Ten-pin Bowling achieved this goal. The bowlers came in 10th in the ‘C’ Division Boys National Championship, 9th in the ‘B’ Division Boys School Bowling League and 2nd in the Novice Secondary Bowling Challenge. This is a landmark achievement which sets the benchmark for future Ten-pin bowlers.

It not only provides leadership opportunities for the bowlers but also encourages the pursuit of academic excellence. Bowlers Chantelle Chng and Ryan Ong emerged as top students for the Secondary 3 Express and Secondary 3 Normal Academic stream respectively.

Ten-pin Bowling believes in nurturing students holistically and it is proud to achieve its goal this year.
